According to Cointelegraph, Alice Li, an investment partner at Foresight Ventures, stated that improvements in U.S. regulatory policies could drive Bitcoin to break $150,000 during the current market cycle. She pointed out in Cointelegraph's Chain Reaction X Spaces program that the rally in the crypto market in 2025 will be primarily driven by changes in U.S. policies, especially with President Trump approving the development of Bitcoin reserves and stablecoin policies.

Li emphasized that stablecoins are a strong area for long-term investment and mentioned the regulatory progress in the United States. Her comments come as the industry awaits a comprehensive Senate vote on the (U.S. Stablecoin Innovation and Establishment Act) (GENIUS Act), which aims to set clear rules for stablecoin collateral and require compliance with anti-money laundering laws.

Li believes that the passage of legislation could encourage other major jurisdictions to follow suit. She noted that Hong Kong has proposed similar legislation, which is expected to be passed by the end of 2025. Li also stated that the Federal Reserve's first rate cut could significantly boost Bitcoin prices.
