1. The first step is to go to the [transaction history page] and click on the transaction with the status information required then click on the [credit account manually].
2. For the second step, you will need to confirm the receiving funds are from yourself or another originator.
3. If the funds were received by another originator, you will get this as your third step and you must fill in the originator type, first and last name, residency, nationality and city.
4. The last step will be the confirmation from where the funds will be deposited from, [Private Wallet] or [Another virtual assets service provider (VASP)].
5. You will receive a confirmation pop up to let you know that order has been submitted and is under review.
Note: Do NOT make another deposit until the review is complete. Otherwise, your deposit may fail.
