These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in this Invite & Prosper (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.
Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding residents of NT) aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of Binance and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Stablecoin to stablecoin transactions, as well as DAI/USDC, AEUR/EUR, EUR/EURI transactions are excluded from the qualified trading volume in this activity.

Rewards Distribution:
Users must click the [Claim] button on the activity page during the Activity Period to redeem their token voucher rewards. There is a limit of 25,000 token vouchers available and they will be distributed on a first-come, first served basis.
Users will be able to login and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub within 48 hours after clicking on the [Claim] button.
Users who failed to redeem the vouchers due to dishonest, abusive activities or illegal bulk account registrations during the activity may submit an appeal via this link before 2025-02-05 10:59 (AEDT).
The validity period for vouchers is set at 14 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a voucher.
Rewards are distributed on a first come first served basis until exhausted. No additional rewards will be issued for this promotion once the allocated reward pool is fully depleted.
Total reward pool value is up to 500,000 USDF. Rewards, or any unused portion of a reward, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify inviter’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, self dealing, or market manipulation).
Binance may determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done. Binance will endeavour to provide prior notice of these amendments to users.
Binance reserves the right of final interpretation of the Activity.
Any Activity that is cancelled or any transactions that are refunded will not be eligible for an entry.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of a participant entrant, Binance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
If any reward (or part of any reward) is unavailable, Binance in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the reward (or that part of the reward) with a reward to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Entrants consent to Binance using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Binance.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Binance including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Binance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the Binance Australia website to undertake the Activities is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
