The cornerstone of over-collateralization security
USDf, as the core stablecoin of FalconFinance, is built on a trust barrier with a collateralization rate of 116%. The collateral assets include ETH, tokenized government bonds, and mainstream stablecoins, and are audited quarterly by Harris & Trotter LLP according to ISAE 3000 standards. During the collapse of FF tokens in September 2025, USDf did not decouple, with its circulation slightly retreating from $1.8 billion to $1.6 billion before quickly stabilizing, ranking among the top ten stablecoins by market cap on Ethereum. Its reserve assets are held in segregated accounts, and an on-chain insurance fund provides a $10 million risk buffer, further solidifying stability.
Building a global circulation network
2025 will become a key year for USDf: in Latin America, Turkey, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, fiat channels will be established to achieve 24/7 second-level settlement between local currencies and USDf. The UAE will be the first to launch a physical gold redemption service, allowing users to directly convert stablecoins into precious metals, with plans to expand to more financial centers in Hong Kong and the Middle East. In July, the first industry issuance of tokenized government bonds based on the Superstate model was completed, efficiently converting traditional financial assets into on-chain liquidity, attracting institutional capital into the market.
Growth blueprint for 2026
The modular RWA engine will become the core of USDf's expansion, enabling the tokenization of assets like corporate bonds and private credit, forming a diverse asset pool along with existing government bond collateral. The introduction of institutional-grade USDf funds and structured securities products is expected to push the circulation scale towards the $5 billion level. However, it needs to address cross-border regulatory differences; currently, the project is advancing communication with US and European regulatory authorities to comply with the requirements of the GENIUS Act and the MiCA framework, clearing obstacles for global circulation.
