Don't wait until the market has moved before asking if you can get in. When I give a prompt, you hesitate and don't believe it, and only after others have made a profit do you start to regret your inaction!
For example, when everyone sees the crabs, no one dares to eat. I say, "This is edible and very delicious," but you hesitate, fearing poisoning. Once others have finished eating and are raving about it, you then start to regret your inaction. But by that time, only empty shells remain on the plate.
