The Irys project was established in 2021 as a Layer-1 data chain that transcends existing Layer-1 models, designed specifically for AI. By combining a low-cost storage layer with a high-performance, EVM-compatible execution layer (IrysVM), Irys achieves data programmability.

The supply of the IRYS token is 10 billion, with a circulation of 20% of the total supply.
