In a bear market, creating memes like BTC and ETH, which are highly correlated with the US stock market, is not ideal. Only assets without ETFs can truly be priced by the crypto market itself. With the massive and permanent linear sell pressure on VC coins, it’s better to focus on memes.

When BTC drops, we lift memes here; at least there’s something for the market to engage with. Given the intelligence of most users, it’s quite difficult to understand Pendle (at least I can’t). Memes are great as they can remain unaffected by the market. Just look at Giggle and JellyJelly; they’re all just markets. The crypto world needs to create something that can be priced independently during bear markets.
