Has anyone encountered this situation and how to resolve it? The prompt page says the results for 30 days have passed, yet they still haven't unlocked it for me.

The explanation given by customer service is that it's under review, which means if they don't finish the review, their exchange won't agree and will restrict me forever for free?

Binance is messing with me, and they don't specify a clear timeline; it's just wait, wait, wait.
