Some people trade cryptocurrencies based on news, some rely on luck.
And me? I rely on one word—roll!
This is the harshest and most extreme way to make money in the crypto world.
Some people achieve financial freedom in three days, while others lose everything in one night.
The level of excitement is even more intense than leverage.
I remember that year when the market was so cold it felt moldy, I had only a little over two thousand dollars left for living expenses.
But I was unwilling to accept that, gritting my teeth, I invested 300 dollars.
At that moment, I told myself: Either turn it around or exit.
I chose the dumbest and harshest method—the rolling position method.
Each time I would only take 10 dollars to open a 100x contract, make a little profit, and then leave,
withdraw half of the profits, and roll the rest.
It seems slow, but as long as you hit a few times in a row, the snowball gets bigger and bigger.
You might not believe it,
10 dollars rolled for 11 times can turn into 10,000.
But the reality is, the vast majority of people don't survive past the 5th time.
They fail in three areas:
Greed when making money, stubbornness when losing, and confusion in direction.
The market always punishes those who "want to win too much."
My rules back then were extremely harsh:
If I was wrong, I would immediately cut the position, even if I was wrong 20 times in a row, I wouldn’t be soft-hearted;
Once I made 5000, I would withdraw it, never letting the account become an illusion.
Last year during that bull market comeback, I started with 500 dollars,
and in three days, I rolled it to 500,000.
Many people thought I was getting liquidated every day, but in fact, I could wait—
Before that, I hadn’t made a single trade for a whole 4 months.
Rolling positions is not random gambling, it’s about seizing opportunities.
The market needs to be crazy, the volatility needs to be sufficient, and the trend needs to be clear.
Only eat the "body of the fish," don’t touch the "head or tail of the fish."
Now some people ask me:
"Bro, can rolling positions really work?"
I say:
Is the market big? Is the direction clear? Can you withstand the wait?
If you can, then go for it.
If you’re still hesitating, it means you haven’t been repaired enough by the market.
Rolling positions is not a technique, it’s a belief.
Either go to heaven or go to hell.
Don’t be afraid of losing; what’s scary is that you don’t even have the courage to roll once.
