today I'm talking about our new launched creatorpad task @Linea.eth

#Linea is a zk-rollup (a “zero-knowledge rollup”) Layer 2 built for ETH (Ethereum).

It provides full EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) compatibility, meaning contracts from Ethereum can be deployed to Linea with minimal change.

Transaction fees on Linea are paid in ETH (not in $LINEA ) — and fees are processed off-chain with proofs submitted back to Ethereum for finality.

$LINEA is the native token of the Linea ecosystem, though not the token used to pay gas. Instead:

It is used to reward ecosystem participants (builders, users, public goods).

It supports economic alignment of the network via a dual-burn mechanism
