I am 32 years old this year, entered the circle at 22, and it has been exactly ten years.
This wave of market from 2024-2025 has officially brought my assets into the 8-digit range, with my account total exceeding 80 million.
Life is very simple now: during the day, I check the market, make a few trend-following contracts, and occasionally invest in some potential coins.
No need to worry about money, no need to watch anyone's expression, more time is left for myself.
Along the way, I found that the ones who can truly survive in the crypto world are not the ones with the strongest skills, but those with the most stable mindset.
In these ten years, I have summarized some personal experiences to share with friends who are still on the road 👇
① BTC is the barometer.
The rise and fall of the entire market is basically unavoidable.
ETH can sometimes strengthen independently, but altcoins cannot escape BTC's 'gravitational field'.
② BTC and USDT usually move in opposite directions.
If you notice the USDT index is rising, be cautious that Bitcoin may fall;
Conversely, when BTC is on the rise, it is also a good time to arrange for USDT.
③ Midnight 0-1 AM often has 'spike market movements'.
This is the time period that dealers love to 'wash people'.
I often place orders before going to sleep:
Place a low price for the coins you want to buy and a high price for the coins you want to sell.
Waking up the next day, I often find I can 'earn while lying down'.
④ 6-8 AM is a key period for determining the direction of the day.
If there is a continuous drop from midnight and it is still dropping at 6-8 AM, it is likely to rise that day;
Conversely, if it rises from midnight to the morning, it is very likely to peak and then fall back during the day.
⑤ Pay special attention at 5 PM.
Because this is the period when the U.S. market is about to open and European and American funds begin to become active,
Many sudden surges or crashes happen at this time.
⑥ 'Black Friday' is not superstition, but be wary of sudden news attacks.
There have been a few occasions when a crash happened on Friday by coincidence,
But there are also situations of large upward surges or sideways trading, which should be viewed cautiously.
⑦ For coins with volume, don’t panic if they fall.
Mainstream coins with real trading depth will recover after falling for three to four days or one to two weeks.
If you have extra strength, you can buy in batches to lower the cost;
If you have no funds, just hold steady and do not move; time will naturally repair the losses.
⑧ When doing spot trading, less fussing earns more than frequent trading.
The Dogecoin I bought for 0.1U has increased more than twenty times to this day.
Many people lose because they 'cannot resist',
And I win by 'watching more and acting less'.
In ten years of the cryptocurrency world, I have witnessed countless people getting rich overnight, and I have seen even more people instantly go to zero.
In the end, I understand:
Money earned by luck will sooner or later be lost through chance;
Money earned through discipline, mindset, and patience truly belongs to you.
You do not need extraordinary talent; just execute steadily, accurately, and decisively.
