Contract Three Traps: It was only after I lost 730,000 that I understood the truth

Many people think that as long as the direction of the contract is right, it is a sure win.

I tell you from personal experience - wrong.

In the first year I played contracts, I lost a total of 730,000 in half a year.

The most ironic thing is that during those times, my direction was completely correct.

But the result was a total loss.

Later, when I reviewed the settlement slips, I realized that I didn't lose to the market,

but to the three traps of the dealer.

Trap One: Preemptive Strike.

I couldn't help but open a position as soon as the market moved,

seeing a breakout and going all in, only to get stopped out right after jumping in.

Remember, a real market will never start at the moment you “most want to enter.”

Trap Two: Too Tight Stop Loss.

Many people like to set a dead stop loss of 3% or 5%,

but the contract's volatility is ten times greater, and that little space is candy in the eyes of the dealer.

I was swept out three times in a row by “false breakouts,”

watching the market surge in the direction I predicted, but I was already kicked out.

Later I understood: stop loss is not a fixed point, it's dynamic.

It must follow the fluctuations, not the emotions.

Trap Three: Heavy Position Hard Hit.

Going all in is handing your fate over to the market.

Even if the direction is correct, as long as it goes against you for a few K lines,

the account will still go to zero.

That night when I got liquidated, watching the balance go to zero, I was completely stunned.

Since then, I forced myself to set three iron rules:

1️⃣ No all-in, always divide the position into three parts;

2️⃣ Adjust stop loss with volatility, do not hold a fixed point;

3️⃣ Do not act when the market is unclear, being in cash is also a position.

With this set of rules, I went from continuous liquidation to stable profits,
