Place orders manually, a little effort will yield 1-1.5 times for 32k volume

When I posted asking for experience from everyone on how to trade Alpha to minimize fees, I traded 32k vol and lost 4, 5u.
I took a picture of the binance Alpha where a friend messaged me not to reveal my UID to avoid risks, but I don't quite understand if it could lead to losing my account.
