🚀 Understanding “Breaking ATHs” in Crypto 🔥
Many investors get confused when they hear terms like Breakout, Altcoins, or Adoption. Let's simplify:
🔹 ATH (All Time High) – is the highest price in the history of an asset. When Bitcoin hits R$ 400.000, for example, and has never reached that before, that is the ATH.
🔹 Breakout – occurs when the price breaks through an important resistance, usually followed by large movements. If BTC breaks through R$ 400.000 and continues to rise, we call that a breakout.
🔹 Altcoins – are all the cryptos other than Bitcoin (Ethereum, BNB, Solana, etc.). Often, after BTC makes an ATH, the altcoins also shoot up.
🔹 Adoption – the more people, companies, and countries use crypto in their daily lives, the greater the demand → and this pushes the price to new historical highs.
📈 In summary: Adoption → demand → breakout → new ATH!
