๐ฟ Garam masala powder (homemade)
โ Ingredients:
Cinnamon โ 2 pieces (1 inch each)
Cardamom (green) โ 5
Cloves โ 5
Roller pepper โ 1 teaspoon
Bay leaves โ 2 (dried)
Nutmeg โ 1/4 piece (optional)
Mace โ 1 piece (optional)
๐ฅ Preparation:
Lightly fry all the ingredients in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes (until fragrant).
When cool, grind in a blender.
Store in a glass airtight jar.
Use 1/2 teaspoon at the end of cooking.
