Cardamom (green) โ€“ 5

Cloves โ€“ 5

Roller pepper โ€“ 1 teaspoon

Bay leaves โ€“ 2 (dried)

Nutmeg โ€“ 1/4 piece (optional)

Mace โ€“ 1 piece (optional)

Lightly fry all the ingredients in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes (until fragrant).

When cool, grind in a blender.
