🚀 Renzo Unveils $REZ Buyback & Burn Proposal — RP6 Ignites Deflationary Momentum!
According to official news, the Renzo community has rolled out Governance Proposal RP-6, a bold move to strengthen token value and reward loyal holders. The proposal outlines a 6-month repurchase and burn program, aiming to burn 10% of the total REZ supply using the protocol’s revenue.
The plan has already begun — the first buyback was successfully executed using Q3 2025 revenue, resulting in the burn of 1% (2.3% of circulating supply) of REZ tokens. Following community approval, this initial burn will count toward the official target.
Over the next six months, 75%–100% of Renzo’s protocol revenue will fuel ongoing repurchases — with 9% of total supply set for burn and 1% allocated as staking rewards to ezREZ holders.
The proposal is now live on the governance forum, inviting community discussion and participation in shaping Renzo’s next deflationary chapter.
