Jump Crypto’s Firedancer team has proposed SIMD-0370:
👉 Remove the fixed 60M CU/block limit after Solana’s Alpenglow upgrade this year.
👉 Validators with strong hardware = process bigger blocks ⚡
👉 Weaker hardware = skip oversized blocks.
