@Treehouse Official Protocol, built by Treehouse Labs, is creating a decentralized fixed-income layer for DeFi powered by two core tools: tAssets and the Decentralized Offered Rate (DOR).
tAssets
These are yield-generating tokens like tETH or tSOL. When users stake assets, they receive tAssets in return liquid, composable tokens that automatically earn yield via staking and arbitrage.
DOR
DOR is a decentralized benchmark rate think LIBOR for crypto. Contributors forecast daily rates (like the Treehouse Ethereum Staking Rate) and get rewarded, creating transparent benchmarks for DeFi lending, borrowing, and derivatives.
Big Moves (July 2025)
TREE token launched on Binance, Coinbase, Kraken & more
Over $550M TVL and 30K+ wallets
Vaults offering 50–75% APR to TREE stakers
Why It Matters
Treehouse bridges traditional fixed-income finance with DeFi offering predictable yield, access to arbitrage strategies, and infrastructure for advanced lending products.
It’s DeFi, but with structure.
