According to Odaily, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have conducted a joint operation in Miami, Florida, resulting in the seizure of over $10 million in cryptocurrency tied to the Mexican Sinaloa drug cartel. This action is part of a nationwide effort to combat drug trafficking activities. DEA Acting Administrator Robert Murphy stated that they are systematically dismantling these criminal networks. The Sinaloa cartel is recognized by the U.S. government as one of six Mexican 'terror' drug organizations, primarily involved in the distribution of cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine.
