According to PANews, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has vetoed the state's digital asset reserve fund bill, HB2324. She argued that the bill would transfer seized assets away from local jurisdictions, hindering cooperation between local law enforcement and the state government on digital asset confiscation.

Previously, Arizona had passed the 'Bitcoin Reserve' bill, HB2324, which aimed to establish a reserve fund for assets obtained through criminal asset forfeiture. If signed by Governor Hobbs, it would have been the second reserve bill enacted in the state.
