According to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart, Truth Social has officially filed an S-1 form with the U.S. SEC on June 16, 2025, to launch the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, B.T. The ETF is sponsored by Yorkville America Digital, LLC, and aims to provide investors exposure to both BTC and ETH under a single product.
