Job switching is quite common in private companies—unlike government jobs, it’s part of the culture. So I believe changing roles or exploring new opportunities is nothing unusual.

Recently, even top leadership has made big moves—Polygon saw key leaders step down, and the CEO of Aptos also left the project. All the project working as expected.
