The crypto world was buzzing again – not because of a market rally, but due to an exclusive, high-stakes dinner hosted by Donald Trump at his country club in Virginia. The catch? Guests had to hold large amounts of the meme coin $TRUMP, with total investments exceeding $148 million to qualify for an invite.

🔹 Luxury, Prestige, and a Meme Coin Worth Millions

The private event took place Thursday night at the prestigious Trump National Golf Club near Washington, D.C. A total of 220 guests were invited, including billionaires, tech tycoons, and even former NBA stars. Some arrived in limousines and tinted black SUVs, while outside the gates, protesters held signs reading “Crypto Corruption” and “America Is Not For Sale.”

🔹 Who Spent the Most? Justin Sun Tops the List

Crypto entrepreneur Justin Sun took first place among $TRUMP holders, investing a staggering $18.5 million in the coin. He earned a VIP seat at the dinner and access to top players in the crypto space. Sun, who also serves as an advisor to Trump’s firm World Liberty Financial, was a central figure at the event.

The top four investors each received a limited-edition Trump Tourbillon watch worth $100,000. In total, the 25 largest wallets collectively spent over $111 million to make it into the rankings.

🔹 Fine Dining and Photos with Trump

Inside the ballroom, guests enjoyed a gourmet menu featuring organic salad, halibut, mashed potatoes, a vegetable medley, and a warm chocolate lava cake. Attendees posed for photos with Trump, who stayed for about an hour. A gold-embellished dinner menu surfaced online shortly after the event.

Trump told the crowd:

“I’ve always put the country before business. Biden’s administration has been chasing crypto innovators out of America – we’re bringing them back where they belong.”

🔹 Ogle, Odom, and Other Mysterious Attendees

Among the more enigmatic guests was a man known only as Ogle, who keeps his identity hidden for security reasons. He claims to have helped recover over $500 million in stolen crypto. Ranked 22nd in the contest, he holds $3.6 million worth of $TRUMP tokens and serves as an advisor to World Liberty Financial.

Former NBA player Lamar Odom also attended and promoted the meme coin on social media. Sheldon Zia, founder of BitMart, was among the top 25 as well.

🔹 Political Blowback

The event drew political criticism too. Senators Elizabeth Warren and Chris Murphy held a press conference the same day, calling the dinner an “orgy of corruption” and reigniting calls for banning crypto influence in government. Even pro-crypto Senator Cynthia Lummis admitted the event “raises concerns.”

📣 Trump’s dinner revealed how deeply crypto has infiltrated politics – and how powerful meme coins can be when wielded by the wealthiest investors. Inside, it was filet mignon and flash photography; outside, chants and protest signs. The crypto world is more divided than ever – not over price, but over access and influence.
