@realDonaldTrump

Just found out my wife's green card application was rejected and unless we find a joint sponsor they will deny the case and she will have to go back to her home country.

The USCIS said my income type does not qualify. I've been a full time blockchain investor for 5+ years. I have no debts or loans. I paid for our home and cars in cash. I financially take care of my parents and hers.

And I previously qualified for the sponsor (affidavit of support), for her k1 fiance visa, for her to move to my country for us to get married.

I had the same income type then as well. So I don't understand why I'm not qualified to financially support her now.

USCIS: "The sponsor must make a minimum income of $25,550."

We have been informed that the USCIS instead, wants a W2 employee who takes home $500/week to be qualified as a sponsor. Because it's "safer".

We have jumped through every hoop and doing everything legally by the book. But this is getting ridiculous...

Can we do something about this?
