According to PANews, former xAI researcher Eric Zelikman is establishing a new AI startup named Humans&. The venture is being co-founded with researchers from Google, Meta, Anthropic, OpenAI, and DeepMind, aiming to raise $1 billion with an estimated valuation of approximately $5 billion. The company plans to develop AI systems capable of remembering and responding to individual preferences, emphasizing human-machine collaboration. This new training paradigm is expected to require more computational power than current mainstream methods. Among the co-founders are early Google employee Georges Harik, Stanford professor Noah Goodman, and Andi Peng, who previously worked on post-training and behavior reinforcement at Anthropic. Humans& has not yet disclosed its product plans.
