A break above or below the previous level will determine direction. As long as the movement remains within this zone, it is considered an intermediate wave.
A close above 123218 could target 145000, based on the AB=CD formation. The next resistance level on the rise is 129217.
A break below 115736 could lead to further declines. The rise could continue if a reversal confirmation is received at one of the supports in the 111980-110572 range.
As long as the 100718 level remains significant in the main wave on the daily chart, we have a positive outlook on the market.
