That's a pretty interesting split: the selling hit crypto and high-beta tech, not the broad market.
It's also Bitcoin's first back-to-back red October since 2011-2012, per CoinGlass.

The Binance hacker sold 908,793 $PROM for $71.
That's the whole bag, paid out as 0.0316 ETH.
Lookonchain flagged the swap from a wallet tied to the hacker. It went into a Uniswap V2 pool that had almost no ETH left in it. A pool like that can only hand over the ETH sitting inside, so a stack worth about $5M on the chart came back as pocket change.
By our math that's under one cent per hundred tokens, roughly 1/70,000th of what the chart said. The bag was also about 5% of all PROM in circulatio...

Binance hack: this morning the attacker opened two new exits.
1. NEAR. The 12.41M NEAR account from our Oct 31 post started moving at 02:29 UTC. By 08:59 UTC about 109,300 NEAR, roughly $0.48M, had left it. Fan-out wallets split it into pieces of 1,000 to 11,000 NEAR, and each piece goes within seconds to bridge-mng.near, which deposits into the HOT bridge and NEAR Intents. At least 41,000 NEAR has gone in so far. 12.30M NEAR is still on the account.
2. Lighter. Parked ETH was swapped to USDC ...
$TAO just lost the level that was supposed to save its rally.
It ran from $188 to $340, an 81% move. Now it trades at $237.58, about 30% below the peak.
The bigger problem is structure.
The 0.382 Fib at $282 and the 0.618 at $246 have both been lost.
Momentum agrees. RSI sits at 36, below 50 but not yet oversold. MACD is still bearish, and volume shows no convincing reversal.
