I believe that OpenGradient’s vision is not just another AI project. The problem it is solving is much bigger
I used to think a long token lock up automatically meant safety.
More time locked is equal to less risk.
But looking deeper into OpenGradient made me realize the system is more complex than that.
A lock up does not remove selling pressure. It creates something more valuable time.
Time for the community to watch.
Time for the ecosystem to grow.
Time to see whether the team turns allocation into real progress.
AI is becoming powerful but trust is still missing.
When AI makes decisions in finance healthcare governance or critical systems people need answers
Which model ran?
What data was used?
Can the output be verified?
OpenGradient is building toward verifiable AI infrastructure with its Hybrid AI Compute Architecture (HACA) separating execution from verification.
Using technologies like TEE verification and ZKML the goal is simple MemSync is a long term memory layer for AI built entirely on OpenGradient’s verifiable inference infrastructure. All memory operations extraction classification profilegeneration and maintenance are powered by TEE-verified LLM inferenc
AI should not only be smart.
AI should be provable.
Now looking at OPG token economics
The supply is fixed at 1 billion tokens. The foundation allocated about 15% (150M OPG). Around 50M is available near launch while the remaining 100M unlocks gradually over 48 months. That means the schedule creates visibility but visibility alone is not trust.
Trust comes from transparency real usage developers building and the network proving its value.
A vesting schedule is not the destination.
It is the time window where trust has to be earned. 🔍
